USA Triathlon Certified Coach
Coe College NCAA D3 Volunteer Assistant Triathlon Coach
Proud Member of the APTA: American Physical Therapy Association
In 2014 Troy started Coaching Triathletes. The first goal is to remove struggle. Often times self-coached athletes struggle to the point they no longer enjoy the sport. I've been there. A coach will simplify your life, making your relationships stronger with your spouse, children, parents, and colleagues while you improve. If you're going to do it, do it right. Loads of research goes into training, we can simplify that research and allow you to train at the correct dose. This removes unnecessary struggle and allows you to enjoy the sport.
