Why We Started Aero Performance + Physical Therapy

To Help You

We value our time with you. I entered Physical Therapy to provide an uplifting healing experience, especially for local athletes. Throughout my education, I envisioned opening my own clinic to deliver a higher quality of care. Better care begins with better knowledge, which is why I review new research every day. I'm committed to learning and performance coaching to help you achieve your goals. I love my profession and I'm dedicated to helping you become stronger and feel better.

Provide better care with a fun approach.

My Own Experience

During high school, I repeatedly injured my ankle and eventually sought physical therapy for recovery. I received exceptional care from Jason Putz PT, and I wanted to provide that same experience to every local athlete who walks through my door. From this experience, I learned that all injuries have a mental component. When I returned to play after my injury, I was haunted by the fear of re-injury, questioning whether I could truly perform at 100%. My therapist, Jason, guided me on how to come back, emphasizing the commitment needed to the performance coaching plan we developed together. I diligently performed the exercises he assigned, and over time, that initial weakness transformed into strength. I fondly remember being able to jump higher and cut quicker off my ankle than I could before the injury.

Movement is Medicine.

The Power of Movement

Remember to play, move, and have fun. The winter before I decided to open my clinic, the number of local athletes signing up for endurance events was dwindling. I opened a business to provide more support to the community and help these athletes thrive. My hunch is that people who are trying to swim, bike, or run need performance coaching and up-to-date training principles to stay healthy and enjoy the process.
